Website Maintenance
Web maintenance can be as simple as periodically updating and refreshing the content on your home page – or it can be a much more time consuming task, involving the addition of new products, services, photos, descriptions, graphs, charts, breaking news, and upcoming events.
We can perform all of these tasks for you so that you can concentrate on running your business while we concentrate on running our business – which is to make you look good by making your site better than your closest competitor’s site.
Or, we can provide you with user-friendly tools to manage your site without any further assistance from us. The choice is yours, not ours, and we will be happy to build your website and have you as a client, regardless of which option you choose.
If you decide to have us do your web maintenance, you may pay as you go at our standard hourly rate of $75.00 or lock in discounts of up to 25% by signing up for one of our pre-paid monthly maintenance plans.
Level 1
Up to 2 hours per month at a discounted rate of $67.50/ hour
Level 2
Up to 5 hours per month at a discounted rate of $60.00/ hour
Level 3
Up to 10 hours per month at a discounted rate of $56.25/ hour
One of the biggest advantages of a pre-paid maintenance plan is that additional hours will be billed at the plan’s discounted rate. For your convenience, all plans begin on the first of the month. Your first month will be pro-rated from the date you agree to one of the above plans.
We encourage you to monitor your usage. If you anticipate a big change in your usage requirements, you may switch to a different plan any time prior to the first calendar day of each month. We will not be offended, or hold it against you, if you switch plans to lower your costs. We want you to be our client, not our hostage.
